I found a manga with a scene featuring the protag fighting a giantess, whom he defeats by growing into an even bigger giant and ejaculates onto her. He’s so big compared to her his individual sperm cells act like missiles.
The manga’s name annoyingly doesn’t translate, but it’s titled “Makikomarete Isekai Teni suru Yatsu wa, Taitei Cheat”. The sequence is in the end of ch14 and mainly during chapter 15.

New Atom Smasher story came out for the Black Adam movie. It’s got some… Interesting… panel art.
I found an anime, Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita! (A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!), it’s about a human teacher who winds up at a school for youkai (Japanese monsters).
One such monster is a boy who’s a Daidarabocchi, basically a super-giant said to have formed the valleys and lakes of the landscape. He’s only a side character, though he has some nice highlights. In EP 2 the teacher has to climb up to his head to measure his height (130m, bigger than Godzilla!). And in EP 6, during a class sports competition, he protects the non-athletic members of the class by sticking them in his mouth.

Though that being said, giant NPCs make up the minority in this module. You mainly fight insects and small animals.
While searching for ideas for a shrinking TTRPG adventure, I found this thread for a homebrew module playthrough where the players are tasked with shrinking to 1/2" to sneak inside a wizard’s estate and steal a book.

It’s a sfw adventure, although they do spot a dragonborn in the middle of changing, as well as almost get caught by a housekeeper lady. The normal sized NPCs are described as looking 500 ft tall to the players.
