RE: Tinies, what are some fun ways to annoy your giant?posted in Size Fantasy Chat@blehb The quotation marks are right on point hahah.
He knows I adore catching a ride close to him (and he seems to love it too, if the quickening heartbeat as soon as I enter the pocket is anything to go by), I am almost a 100% certain he’s onto me whenever I pretend to need the help, at this point he just plays along @littlest-lily I swear the impulse to touch a giants face as they want to sleep/nap must be universal. But personally I can’t help but admire him, my touch just happens to be light and therefore ticklish! As mentioned too it is very much in retaliatory fun, we both have our ways to annoy one another

RE: Tinies, what are some fun ways to annoy your giant?posted in Size Fantasy ChatAhh, we really can be a pain to deal with sometimes can we. I will have to try that shoelaces thing some day I have these impulses that when I sit on his shoulder I will sometimes ghost my hands on his neck to see him hold back a flinch, I’ve fallen off more than once though when he’s been more… unprepared This one is moreso a play on his doting sides, but I will sometimes call for help from another room, telling him I need help down or something (while the ladders and the like are all in place) and hearing the urgent steps towards the room - quick to drop whatever he was doing - is both entertaining and heartwarming. Thoooo I usually get confined to his chest pocket as a punishment… This was an accident, but while cuddling I have also gotten my hand tangled in his chest hair though I couldn’t stop laughing as he yelped when I tried to get loose, but it proved to be a pain in both our asses - let’s just say I miss that fuzz :’’( though I couldn’t stop laughing as he yelped when I tried to get loose, but it proved to be a pain in both our asses - let’s just say I miss that fuzz :’’(

RE: Militsionerposted in Other MediaInstant need!! I’d never sanely play this I’d be admiring him trying to cause as much havoc as possible so he could catch me Edit; also the sound design! I love how when he sighs it does sort of sound like wind, and his voice reverberates in your space idk this is peak

RE: Would anyone be interested in having regular themes/events?posted in Community Help@blehb I’m always down for thematic prompts! Like something monthly or bi-monthly to follow, or perhaps bi-weekly. I’m most likely one of the least busiest people on this forum regarding job and studies so I wanna hear other’s thoughts on a fair timespan. But otherwise, I love the idea!

RE: Tiny flapperposted in Artwork@Olo I mean if it is surrounded by other pieces that also portray size difference there might be some second guessing

RE: Tiny flapperposted in Artwork@blehb I like that subtlety, while to the outsider it can be an artistic choice, to us it might be more about the elements of the piece

RE: Tiny flapperposted in Artwork@tiny-ivy I have made it a goal of mine to make g/t art that replicates different art movements, so hopefully that will create some options - just need to put in some research first for printing! I think art noveau will be next, and then I will try my hand at rococo. Two movements I love.

RE: Tiny flapperposted in Artwork@Nyx You really have to, though I also like to think they’re trained in handling the most delicate of things

RE: Go-to sizey daydream?posted in Size Fantasy Chat@foreverlurk said in Go-to sizey daydream?: @maladaptivetiny said in Go-to sizey daydream?: I imagined that as the skies turned dark the giants awoke, sort of like in the tales and childrens books I had read of forest trolls my (then) whole life. I love Scandinavian folk tales with their big and tiny creatures. Perhaps this is because I fixate on this particular dynamic, but I find a lot of myths and theism’s has tons of reputable giants or colossuses. I think it is fascinating that humans, no matter where, have long attributed certain phenomenon to be the work of giants, or that certain gods are giant, etc. In Norse mythology or at least what little I know of our Swedish folklore is that giants had an important part in shaping or destroying land, there is one in particular (Jätten Vist) that chucked an island (Visingsö) into our second largest lake and other giants carried most large boulders into forests. Trolls and giants are also from my perspective used interchangeably a lot here, but this could very much be a thing that is sourced to famous artists who painted trolls a lot. But maybe giants are extra prevalent in Norse mythology
