In my fantasy, the way I look can change quite a bit. But there is one consistency, power, I am powerful.

My every action, no matter how small or minor to me, is like a force of nature to the poor tiny I’m interacting with. Unstoppable, unyielding, nothing can be done to stop me when I want to do something. The woman in my hand, the entire world really, is so utterly and completely at my mercy that even if I’m being kind, I’m terrifying.

IRL, I try my best to be kind and considerate. From my earliest days, I have always been a bit bigger than the other kids, vertically and horizontally. So every adult always told me “Be careful when playing, you’re bigger than them” And that has more or less shaped my entire personality growing up.

But that has always been a source of pain for me. The things I like, and the way I was raised to behave, clash. The good person I try to be, and the horror I enjoy being, both equally disgusted by the other. I’m not self-harming anymore, so I am getting better, but I still feel at war with me myself sometimes. The good man I try to be, and the devil I feel is the real me… I don’t see myself being my own best friend any time soon.

I think I wrote a story where a Borrower accidentally ended up as the toy in a box of cereal like that. It didn’t end well for her~.

Give the poor little thing time to adjust to the new life, being a pet can be scary. No overt cruelty, but no taking undue misbehaving from them either.

Depending on the purpose your pet is to serve, toy or companion, will greatly determine the next course of action. But either way, it should be a slow transition. Folk either don’t notice or just flat out ignore change if it’s slow enough.

But naturally, brute force can be considered the quick, or fun, option. But you can’t control how a window breaks by throwing a rock at it. You have to chip away at it slowly, carefully, and with the right tools. Unless you have a steady supply of tiny subjects, the brute force approach is too messy to properly train a loyal pet.

You know the government is probably going to tax ya extra for every tiny you own. Fucking bureaucrats.

@giant-me I genuinely sympathize with Echidna personally. She meets a nice enough giant, they have a few kids, and she’s the queen of the universe for the short time her husband is in power.

Then Typhon gets trapped under a volcano, and all of her kids get killed by the kids of her husband’s jailers. And she doesn’t make a big fuss about it, or it would be one of the legends. Most likely, she is alone somewhere, morning all she lost, pretty sade.

@giant-me Carful, a snake had a higher level of muscle tension than other creatures. She could probably crush your windpipe, or just give you a light strangling if your into that~.

But we all know that everyone is thinking about how she would feel coiling around a dick~!

@smolchlo You would probably just get pinned to the pan with a spatial. The cruel giant stroking his meat while cooking yours~!
