@littlest-lily It would be a lie to say that my opinions about police hasn’t evolved in the ten years since I wrote Little Trouble in Big Sky. Nevertheless, I think I was rather cynical in my depiction of society in general and cops in particular as corrupt and craven. There are very few “good cops” IRL and even fewer in Big Sky.

If the flash drive is Dr. L’s size porn stash, it might be somewhat educational for Evie.

I’ve been able to develop feelings for him without any kind of size-related kink.

I’ve been waiting for her to figure this out, but I couldn’t say anything. A crucial aspect of their relationship is that for almost the entirety of the time that they’ve known each other they’ve been at different sizes. That conversation would have gone much differently had they already known each other and checked each other out before Evie got shrunk.

I just hope Aiden doesn’t turn into a size geek and dump a bunch of new jargon and scenarios on her.

@littlest-lily I had a poorer reaction to the cop’s appearance than Evie did. Cops are worse than vermin.

Bravo to Aiden for keeping his composure. Time to fabricate some interior cuffs for his pant legs. And shoes for Evie.

It’s probably too soon for Aiden and Evie to share a bath to get all that grime off.
