I’m possessive of my pet ladies and I feel a responsibility to keep them in comfort, if not in privacy. I can be petty and mean at times, but it’s never cruelty for its own sake. My desires take precedence over their autonomy, and when I’m drunk and feeling gluttonous, regrettable accidents can happen. I prefer to be on speaking terms with those in my custody and I don’t like to see them bored or despondent, so I make an effort to be involved in their intellectual development.
I only discuss this with people online, and only with those who know me as “Olo” (I have normie accounts for normie business). SizeCon is the glaring exception.
My longtime partner knows of my F/m enthusiasms, but she’s not interested in any Sizey stuff. Once I decided to go to SizeCon last year I haven’t had to dance around the subject, but it’s still not something I go on at length about.
Question for M/f vore prey: do you like preds with beards? Thinkin’ about growing one.

The OP was singling out F/m for the particular harms it can cause. The (straight) male gaze problem is present in all media and genres, and M/f is no exception.
