@Olo her name is Julia Morrison and there’s videos of her online talking about the different kinds of messages that Armie was sending to her. I think at first she didn’t think he was serious but as their messages progressed she realized he was in fact an actual cannibal so she exposed him.
House of Hammer is on Hulu and I’m pretty sure it discusses this amongst other allegations against him and his family (they’re pretty weird)

This is also why he is no longer in movies lol
