So I have this weirdly specific fetish of people being small enough to see/interact with individual sperm cells. I can’t quite put my finger on why this is arousing for me. My best guess is because it’s something small which is associated with sex?

I would not put much stake in what the Wikipedia article says about the characters. I’ve seen it change from “shrinks to 5 inches” to “shrinks to 0.5 inches”, and presently it says “half-inch tall, with the power to grow to human size”.

I found a short visual novel about a girl who’s mysteriously shrunken to 3 inches tall, then mistaken for a figurine.

It’s very short, only about ~10 min long with no alternative endings. It’s also all in Japanese. But the CG is pretty good.
