I found a manga with a scene featuring the protag fighting a giantess, whom he defeats by growing into an even bigger giant and ejaculates onto her. He’s so big compared to her his individual sperm cells act like missiles.
The manga’s name annoyingly doesn’t translate, but it’s titled “Makikomarete Isekai Teni suru Yatsu wa, Taitei Cheat”. The sequence is in the end of ch14 and mainly during chapter 15.

RPGMaker Size game in the works featuring SW and M/f
Render artist TheGreatTenko is working on an RPGMaker size game where you play as a female OC who shrinks and fights characters at various tiny sizes. One such is a crossdressing male fairy, who starts out smaller then her but goes on to tower over her.

well there are some VR games like Giant Cop that do that. Or I recently found out Guild Wars 2 has an unlockable cosmetic that makes your character twice as big (on Norn, the viking people, it results in them being ~20 ft tall) -
