I have these impulses that when I sit on his shoulder I will sometimes ghost my hands on his neck to see him hold back a flinch, I’ve fallen off more than once though when he’s been more… unprepared

This one is moreso a play on his doting sides, but I will sometimes call for help from another room, telling him I need help down or something (while the ladders and the like are all in place) and hearing the urgent steps towards the room - quick to drop whatever he was doing - is both entertaining and heartwarming. Thoooo I usually get confined to his chest pocket as a punishment…

This was an accident, but while cuddling I have also gotten my hand tangled in his chest hair though I couldn’t stop laughing as he yelped when I tried to get loose, but it proved to be a pain in both our asses - let’s just say I miss that fuzz :’’(

I know my own daydreams often involve the pine forests that stretch across most places near me. During the days, as I take my walks or sit by a window, I love to imagine being observed by a giant that is obscured and hidden by the trees. Sometimes I am whisked off, quietly taken by him to whatever world I’d fancy most that day. At other times I can just imagine the sensation of those eyes on me, as they watch this tiny being go about her day.
I don’t know what in particular compels me to be whisked off, but I think it’s mainly the escapist qualities of it. To be in a world that is different from this one.

As I am about to sleep I like to imagine myself teleported away, or even daydream from a third person perspective where I am not involved. When it is third person it can either be a scenario involving pre-existing characters or just characters I made up on the go. If I am involved it oftentimes follows the same scenario of me being found, tiny and afraid, hiding somewhere in like a cozy mansion where this giant lives. He finds me and procedes to calm me down, reassuring me of my safety, something along those lines.

These are of course my softer fantasies, the ones I dream of when I need to shut off the world. I rarely get tired of the same scenario taking place either, it’s still as exhilarating or calming as the first time I found myself daydreaming of it.

@tiny-ivy There is always an unreplicable sort of connection to the conjured person in ones daydreams. My conjured person has grown up alongside me too in a sense, and I feel I would never do him justice. Though you mentioned it being like having an imaginary friend, that is exactly what I’ve been thinking he is, but it has felt sort of childish for myself to admit it…

When you mentioned commuting as well, I came to think of when I was little and my family drove home and either the car engine would rumble in a rhythm or it was a passing plane or something of the sort, I would imagine it being a giant gently trailing us or just wandering the forests. I imagined that as the skies turned dark the giants awoke, sort of like in the tales and childrens books I had read of forest trolls my (then) whole life.

Before your post I had never heard of the term nor concept of “Tulpa” either, I got to research that over the weekend!
