@Olo Even if a story/drawing seems like it’ll be unpopular, it’s still worth sharing it. You never know who will see it and feel less alone.

RE: zHeightgeist: Giant/SW
@Olo Everyone has their limits, and that’s okay. My own fantasies can be exceedingly dark and depraved but I’ve occasionally stumbled across content that I didn’t wish to explore. I think that the important thing is respecting the fantasies of others (as long as it’s kept to fantasy, of course. I always add that because there are certain lines that should never be crossed in real life).
And just to say, I’m glad that you embraced your M/f side. I’m a fan of your work in general, both M/f and F/m

RE: Go-to sizey daydream?
@maladaptivetiny I have a lot of random size daydreams throughout the day, and whether they’re gentle or cruel, they often rely on vast size differences and the emotional impact. For example, one of my favorite gentle scenarios involves a giant protector caring for a single person or a group of people, and I like to imagine how both the tiny and giant individuals would react to the situation. The tiny people may feel nervousness, or distrust, or awe; the giant may feel a sense of isolation or loneliness.

it’s not like SM and GTS rare this super rare, niche within a niche and hard to find thing. Why is he even following me?!
He needs to tell you that you’re wrong. It’s not just about avoiding things that he doesn’t like…he needs to actively stamp it out. That’s the part that irritates me the most because it discourages people from participating in the community and dang it, I really want to see more M/f creators.

RE: Morts, Grandes et Petites
@Olo That was a thoughtful and respectful essay covering a topic that often becomes heated in the size community. I’ve always been into the darker side of the fantasy and you touched upon some of the concerns that I’ve experienced, including whether having such fantasies makes someone immoral. Before I discovered the size community, I felt a tremendous amount of guilt for what I liked; even now, I occasionally feel shame about it. Thank you for exploring the topic; while I can’t speak for everyone, it certainly makes me feel less alone and ashamed.

RE: I Claim Chaotic Evil For Us
@Olo As long as it’s kept to fantasy, I try not to judge preferences like “all-men-shrink-because-reasons.” I’ve explored the opposite concept myself (which turned out to be some of my darkest stories).
I’ve always liked the idea of everyone shrinking but one or two people. It’d be interesting to see how the normal-sized person reacts. As a savior? A destroyer? You can create dozens of different stories just from that one concept.

@Olo “This is GiantESS City!”
Meanwhile, I’m taking out my binoculars for a better view…

RE: I feel like 'unaware' tends to be pretty uncommon in M/f. What is everyone's opinions on it?
@blehb I usually prefer temporary unawareness and I love the moment when the giant discovers a tiny person. Does he react with concern and compassion? “Oh, there’s a tiny person! Can I help you?” Or does he react with a devilish smile and then snatch them up?

RE: Giants or shrinking?
I like both shrinking and growth scenarios, but I lean more toward the man growing huge because I love the idea of someone having so much power over everything else. At that point, he becomes a force of nature, like a living tornado or earthquake.

RE: An Odd Couple
@giant-me The merman’s not skyscraper-sized but he’s a lot larger than the woman…I’d argue that it’d fall under the mini-giant/plausible size difference category.

RE: Petrichor - a novel in "open beta" - [M/f, minigiant, post-apocalyptic dystopia, slavery, military setting]
@kisupure When I saw that there were new chapters, I was very excited, and oh my god, they were fantastic. You write some of the best tension scenes in macro fiction and I find myself rereading certain parts just to savor all of the emotions. I mentioned this before but one of the things that I enjoy the most about this story is the gradual humanization of the Anakim. They go from being faceless monsters to complex beings with surprising motivations. Really good stuff!

RE: Who do you want to see shrink or as a giant?
Characters that I’d like to see as giants include Sesshomaru from Inuyasha, Alucard from Castlevania, Lotor from Voltron and Seraphim from Blood of Zeus
I have a soft spot for villains/antiheroes

RE: For vore fans: what's the appeal?
@tiny-ivy said in For vore fans: what's the appeal?:
I love that it’s an inescapable act of total domination. The prey has no hope. I love mouth play because I love the moments when the tiny still wonders about escape, tries to plan a way to get out, before the giant expresses his complete superiority by triggering a swallowing reflex that’s as basic to him as breathing. That tension and release, the loss of hope, is the center of the fantasy for me.
This perfectly sums up the attraction of vore for me as well.
