RE: Recommendations for Size Literature
This is all wonderful! In fact there are so many titles here I feel a little overwhelmed. Since I have some preferences for certain content, as I’m sure most of us do, I’ve decided to take the time to get these all written up into a spreadsheet. For each entry I’m listing the kinds of content the story contains to try and help figure out which ones I want to try. It only makes sense to share this with you all as well.
It’s still a work in progress, and if anyone is interested I am allowing anyone with access to this spreadsheet to edit it. You can insert new entries and help to provide information that might be useful to anyone looking for something to read (including any notes on which ones might be considered to be problematic in any way).
I will edit the original post to include a link to this as well.

Please, help yourselves! Just make sure to be courteous and considerate when editing this spreadsheet. Thank you all!

RE: Recommendations for Size Literature
Thanks guys, this is awesome! Exactly what I was hoping for! Out of interest have you (or anyone else) read any of these? I’d love to hear some opinions.

Recommendations for Size Literature
Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone can think of any decent, published literature with some good G/t in it? Doesn’t have to be fetishized at all. Just want some good fiction I can read without having to look at a screen. Novels/novelettes, ebooks, even audiobooks if there are any. Preferably not a children’s story either.
I figure there are a bunch of films and TV shows with sizey elements in them. Even some with consistently big or small characters. There must be a bunch of books or something out there that have characters of different sizes, but I’m struggling to think of many for YA audiences and older, besides the blindingly obvious like Alice in Wonderland or Gulliver’s Travels.
For myself I’d be hoping for something with some SW, but I’d be interested to hear of any kind of G/t in more mainstream literature.
Any pointers would be very welcome! Thank you in advance!
EDIT:
Thanks to everyone for the input! There are a lot of names mentioned in this thread and some of them have little information besides that they are G/t related. As such, I’ve decided to take the time to compile as many as I can find into a spreadsheet, which not only keeps them stored concisely, but will also contain useful information about the kind of G/t content you can expect from each one.
This spreadsheet is public and can be edited by anyone! Please feel free to browse, and be courteous and considerate if you decide to add or edit. This is meant for everyone.

As I write this it is still in the early stages. I’ve got a tonne of books listed in there but not a lot of info about what each one is. Please bear with me as I collate this information, or feel free to add it yourself. Thank you!

RE: (2D Animation) Look At Those Little Legs Go!
@a_phoenix09 Thanks! I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better result for my first go!
@littlenichole I’m glad you spotted that! The little details are important
Thanks for all the positivity guys! It means a lot! ^_^

(2D Animation) Look At Those Little Legs Go!
This is my first attempt at animation. 16 frames, 1.3 seconds, just over 3 weeks from start to finish. I may never do anything like this again, but I’m very pleased to have seen it to completion!
Hope you guys like it! Please let me know what you think! ^_^
(In terms of tagging and categorising this I wasn’t sure if it counted as artwork or video. Had to pick one, so I’ve taken a stab at it and gone for artwork.)

RE: Giant Cop Game
@jitensha That would be awesome! 3D modelling’s the tough part though. I’m a game programmer by trade so I’ve got that part down. I’d tried my hand at various other disciplines but my modelling has always been… lucklustre. For now all my solo projects are 2D, but that’s gotta change eventually!

RE: Giant Cop Game
@jitensha It’s on my list of dream game dev projects! One day, a proper G/t VR sandbox. Mark my words, it shall happen!

RE: Giant Cop Game
@seru I suppose one person could play this while the other plays the ‘Giant Cop: Justice Above All’ game? The rest is just down to your imagination.

RE: What was the thing that sparked your interest?
@i-am-insane Honestly, this exactly! Even beyond giants, the fact that so many large creatures always seemed so fascinated and possessive over the tiny princess really did something for me! What did they even do with the princesses once they had them? That’s what I wanted to know! So I guess my imagination filled in the gaps a little.

RE: Fun Times With Little Friends~
@pythonpie What a great premise! I love it! Not to mention the gorgeous artwork!

RE: Toy Q&A
@jitensha That would be amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing what you have planned for all those extra sections on the home page. Fully understand you needing the extra time with all that’s been happening. Absolutely take all the time you need. Sergio as well, of course!
@PythonPie That’s a great suggestion! I’ve not thought of that before. I hope we get a chance to try that out before too long. ^^

RE: Toy Q&A
@pythonpie I’d always disregarded the idea of trying to replicate size play in the bedroom. It seems like a pretty wild idea, to pretend you and your partner are completely different sizes. I realise it’s probably more vague than you were hoping for, but I’d be interested to know how something like this might even be attempted, even in very broad terms.
I think my girlfriend feels a bit dispirited knowing that there’s no way she could shrink and truly satisfy those particular fantasies. I’m sure we’d both like to know if there are things we could try that might bring the idea to life in some way.
Thanks for the thread! I’m sure this will be very welcome and helpful to a lot of us.

RE: SW Inspiration - Gentle Fluff

What happens when a tiny tries to arm-wrestle a giant?
A tiny has brought home a new pet! But her giant isn’t very enthusiastic about it.

SW Inspiration - Gentle Fluff
I had an idea to basically have a space where people can just throw out ideas for interesting size thoughts to act as prompts for all the artists out there. There are times when I want draw a cute scenario with a tiny lady, but can’t think where to start. Equally there are plenty of times I think of ideas that I think would be cool, but for whatever reason I don’t know if I’ll ever actually do.
So, I’d like to offer this thread as a place where people can post any ideas they can think of within the theme. Then, any time someone wants to draw, write, render etc. something but don’t know what to do, they can come here to help get their creative juices flowing!
In this thread, the theme is gentle fluff. That means nothing that relies on a sexy angle, and nothing with inherent cruelty or distress motifs (that’s not to say artist can’t include these things in their work, of course!) Let’s set some other rules as well. We want this to be generally applicable inspiration for anyone wanting to create for this subject. Any individual prompt could be interpreted in very different ways by different people and could result in many different depictions. We should also allow space for multiple prompts to be used together. In order to allow for this:
- Keep your ideas brief. Just a few sentences per idea (but submit as many as you want).
- You may describe a character if it helps set up the prompt, but leave plenty of room for interpretation and definitely don’t refer to any established characters, OCs or otherwise.
- Remember, you’re trying to provide ideas and inspiration, not trying to convince someone to do a commission for you.
So let’s see if we can get some replies going and help each other out! If you have any thoughts on how this could be improved, let me know and I may edit this post with adjustments to these loose ‘rules’. If people like this idea, then I think it would be great to set up some other, similar threads for other subjects, but I do think that keeping ideas categorised to some degree will help people find the inspiration they’re looking for.
I intend to be back to offer some prompts of my own when I can. For now I’ll leave the floor open.
Thanks guys, and good luck to all the artists out there!
