@littlest-lily I know this is going to sound silly but it has worked for me in the past. Write down a detailed dream you’d like to have, read it out loud right before you are ready to fall asleep and then place it under you pillow.
I had a vivid one recently where I was hiding behind a Giants lab top as he was typing away at his desk. He didn’t notice me but the click clack boom sound of him hitting those keys scared me a little

@Olo shape is what’s most important to me (high arches, long toes) but odor plays a big part as well. I haven’t come across any super stinky feet but the scent they give off when I’m giving a massage has definitely caused sudden arousal
