@olo I imagine a humanitarian organization, or some clone/tiny rights group throwing a tantrum is behind the decision to make the eating clone’s like that.
Kinda a buzz kill when they don’t beg for their lives ya, but it is really I think.

@mrgoblinging7 I’ve often thought about mini clones being a real thing in the future, because they are designed to be small like mouse sized.

@giant-me Indeed, I played a game once where one of the areas you explore is a high-class restaurant that curves cloned human flesh.
One of the rich fucks that ate there bitched about not actually eating real poor people, but I had him framed for murder, so it all turned out well.
But the fun part was that the people who got cloned received royalties from the restaurant. There was actually a competitive industry of people who sold their DNA for stuff like that. Hell, even selectively breeding with just the right people genetically so their kids could make money doing the same thing. Can’t remember the game for the life of me, but that part stuck out.
Hold on one moment, I’m inspired to write a story now!

@mrgoblinging7 I need to find an old story about a woman who made a tiny clone of herself to play with and abuse. The twist came when she woke up after the procedure and found herself tiny. Then the “original” showed up and explained that of course her clone would have her memories and think that she would end up as the big one. Sucks to be you, tiny!

@mrgoblinging7 Another variation: You want to enter into a long-term relationship with someone, but before you commit you make a tiny clone of yourself and give it to them and see how they treat it. Maybe they do the same thing and you are both on probation until it’s clear that you can handle the relationship.
