Well well well, I found a homebrew rulebook for Pathfinder with rules for campaigns centered around major size change! Plus art (albeit, I hope you’re ok with flurries…)

I like how the shrinkage scale goes from 6 inches to 3/32 inch, alongside objects for size comparison (flower petal, ant, etc). And larger creatures can try using their breath to blow you away.
