@SmolChlo I always drink too much at weddings; I usually try to find some quiet corner to sit and put my feet up.

RE: Size Tier List(s)posted in Size Fantasy Chat
@SmolChlo Not quite. All I really need are the names of which particular aspects or activities of Size Fantasy that you want to see represented. I’m going to make what I hope to be a very long list (it’s going to be all sizes, genders, and orientations lumped together).
Once I have the list, I’m going to have to make and label icons for each option, so if there’s an illustration you think is representative, you can send that too and spare me the effort of finding one myself.
Then I will upload the whole thing to Tiermaker.com and send y’all the link. Then you can arrange all the options as you see fit.
This is going to take a while.

RE: Tall and Short Make a Matchposted in Other Media
My long-term partner is 5’3, six inches shorter than me. I haven’t conducted a survey of all her exes, but I get the impression that they were all as tall or taller than me. She thinks of herself as below average height, lamenting that she can’t reach something “because I’m a dwarf.” She’s never mentioned my height as a factor in her choice to be with me one way or the other.
I myself have never had the luxury of having preferences with regard to such things as height.

I’ve explored the opposite concept myself (which turned out to be some of my darkest stories).
Oh, I remember.

Am I the only one who finds it odd there are different preferences for short and long term partners??
I, too, find it an overcomplicated thing to get hung up on. But then, I have never set out in search of specifically a short- or long-term partner. I have absolutely zero confidence in my ability to judge anyone’s suitability in that respect.
OTOH, I wouldn’t expect a potential partner under three feet to last very long under most circumstances.

@foreverlurk It’s my goal to represent all of these in my stories.

I think dating apps have dramatically affected the way we view “preferences.”

RE: Butch lesbian giantessesposted in Size Fantasy Chat
@TakoAlice8 You are quite right that Size porn is similar to vanilla porn in that most the F/f stuff is made by straight men for straight men. Complicating this is the fact that 3D rendering—which allows some of the most creative and expressive poses and scenes in size fantasy—is restricted to the variety of character models developed and sold for it. This means most render artists are stuck using models designed for the (straight and gay) male gaze.
Off the top of my head, when I try to envision what I’ve seen that could be called butch lesbian giantesses, I think of some of the drawings that I used to see on Tumblr. I’ll keep an eye out for this kind of content, and if I find any artists that have that kind of vibe I’ll update this thread.

My personal thoughts on this type of trope is that it is a little difficult to tackle where trans people are put in this trope, but I am very glad the post that started this thread included trans people. Then again, I don’t write, I just read, so I could be wrong about how hard it is to implement trans people in this trope.
In the past I have railed against the “all men and only men shrink” scenario because I (perhaps uncharitably) suspected insecure straight shrunken men of adding an unnecessary and illogical constraint just to avoid any possibility of encountering a giant cock. I become even more uncharitable when all the women instantly adapt to the new world order and have identically dehumanizing attitudes toward all shrunken men. It’s the lazy writing in service of a too-transparent thirst that offends me.
I have since become less strident on this issue and allowed that there can be multiple reasons for scenarios like this and that different writers can put their own unique spin on it. I still insist on there being some explanation for this phenomenon other than “it fuels my fetish.”
The trans issue is delicate. I recall @Taedis saying that they wanted to attempt an “all men shrink including transmen” story. I don’t think I’m equal to writing a story in this vein, and if I did I would probably be obnoxious enough to have some trans people grouped with their identified gender and some grouped with their birth-assigned gender.
