This is also a question I’ve explored in therapy with some manner of lucidity, so I’ll offer my personal psychoanalysis as a response.

Without going into uncomfortable detail, I’m a CSA survivor who used to dissociate during unwanted physical contact. Dissociation can feel different depending on the individual but in my case it was rather out of body. I had particular places I could fixate on and those places were often only accessible to something mouse-sized, like under a dresser or a crack between furniture or appliances. So dissociation often put me in these spots, where I felt unseen and safe. I was just some mouse on the floor, not the girl across the room staring blankly at it to get through the next few minutes.

So for me this is two things when not in a sexual context: trust and safety. My therapist suggested that I had reassociated meaning and identity to my dissociated self (my small self) and that meaning was basically “small, unseen = safe”. This redefinition persisted even after I learned to manage that symptom.

The other half of this probably came about later, but my need for a trusted adult relationship overlapped with the need to feel unperceived. It sounds contradictory. However, I find there’s a sweet spot there- if I’m hidden from the world, I feel safe. Now slot in someone I actually do trust to shield and keep me hidden and secret, it pushes all the right buttons.

All said above, I value more one-on-one interactions. A fantasy for me is never being shrunk on a bus, or in a club, or being shared with a group of giants. I want and need one special giant I can trust entirely and will hide me in his pockets when I feel overwhelmed. These intimate encounters fill my heart with something I just can’t replicate any other way. The only truly safe state of being is being tiny and out of sight.

Protective giants are the best, and you can’t change my mind.

With that established, I like to insert them in every single dynamic under the sun. Finding a tiny lost and scared? Protecc. Rescues tiny from cruel big? Protecc. Tiny approaches them? Protecc. Giant needs comfort? Protecc. Giant is the cause of their smallness? Protecc. Even when he’s a dick about it. He isn’t gonna hurt her no matter what, and won’t let anyone else, either.

That doesn’t mean he can’t be a little rough sometimes. Sometimes I rather like when the protectiveness has a side helping of possessive, and while he does keep her completely safe in his care, he still has needs, even if those needs can be a little primal.

Yep, I wrote an ASMR roleplay. Short but sweet. You get 6 minutes of mushy, flustered tiny cuddling and trying her best to tease you back… as you tease her and she falls asleep on you.

This is my first time writing and editing something like this, and I’ll probably make some adjustments later on. But since there is a severe lack of SW audio for giant male listeners, here’s my attempt to fix this injustice.

I work frequently with a doctor who is something close to 210cm (6’7 for the americans) and with myself being just shy of 150cm it does not go unnoticed. And he loves to poke fun at it, as do any patients who see us working together. I think one of the funniest remarks I’ve heard was from a patient who was pulled from a multi-vehicular accident and suffered a TBI. I was assessing his AO just as the doctor entered the trauma bay and his eyes suddenly darted between us both and he croaked out something like: “Saint Peter get this little cherub out of my face.”

This is a little different but I dated a microphile back in nursing school, completely by happenstance. Neither one of us had any idea about it until one time we were in bed and he asked if I had any kinks. Somehow I was brave enough to admit I enjoyed praise and bondage, but too shy to mention the size thing because come on it’s fantasy, did I need to?

1- Yes. Just to hammer in a point: there is no censorship on AO3. The only rules are that you must tag your work appropriately. If it has rape, tag it. If it has incest, tag it. If it has suicide, tag it. Just use common sense. And if you aren’t sure, there is always the catch all: “Author chose not to use Archive warnings.” That will always cover your butt. The “moderation” on AO3 is self-moderation; if you don’t want to see something, don’t search it, filter it out, don’t read it, etc. It’s an archive, not social media.

2- The answer to all of your questions is to simply create your own tags. You want to tag it as “M/f”? You type M/f and then a comma. Voila, it’s tagged M/f. The only reason you would find it in the list that pops up when you start typing is if someone else has opted to use that exact configuration before you. The tricky thing here is that because of the vast variety of prose AO3 caters to, having “canonical” tags in original works would be… basically impossible. The GOOD news is that you can use MULTIPLE tags in order to appear in as many search results as possible. So go ahead and tag it with all the terminology you can think of: “M/f, male giant, big man, giant man, tiny woman, shrunken woman, tiny female, size difference” so on and so forth. There is NO LIMIT to your tags. You would shit if you saw the literal wall of tags some stories have. I am not joking. So go crazy. Tag away.

For relationship tags: ditto. Just type it in how you like it and end it with a comma.

Yeah that’s kinda how I feel about it, too. Not to yuck anyone’s yum- this is fantasy after all.

That said, personally, the idea of having a sizey interaction with a celeb or internet famous person feels a tad ooky on the grounds that 1- I don’t know them personally and 2- It toes the lines of consent.

Sure, famous people have porn made in their likeness after all. Someone literally turned Rebecca Black into a giantess once (which she seemed receptive to when asked about it, funnily enough.) But I ask myself how I would feel if random people had my photos and were turning me into a giantess or manipulating my body or face to fit their particular fantasy without my knowledge. And you know what… it doesn’t feel great. lol

I could potentially be an outlier here though because for me, everything I like about this fantasy is founded on trust. I couldn’t care less what the person looks like- if they’re hot, if they’re not- if I don’t trust them first. So it just follows naturally that I can’t think of a single famous person I’d want to see in size content.

But again, I speak for myself. Fantasizing about an adult celeb for any reason is totally valid, just not for me. I find topics like these fascinating because it helps me juxtapose my own thoughts on the matter. I’m actually wondering now how many women here would want to see a giant Henry Cavill It’s kinda fun learning how different and yet the same we all really are.

To be clear, I did establish these as personal boundaries. I understand every point you are making, and that’s why I stated I don’t think there’s anything wrong with fantasizing about famous people. I was merely explaining why I personally didn’t feel good about it. If you took that as me knocking you or trying to say this was problematic- then I apologise, that wasn’t the intent!
