Mostly mine would be to find someone I wanted I’d get to know her and her friends then slowly one by one I’d shrink and kidnapped those around her. Using them to learn more about her and other friends and once I had isolated her I’d strike having her friends as my person harem ready to train her so it’s her friends that break her with little input from me so she will know that everyone around her has become her captors
