@Olo Don’t know if it helps narrowing it down, but this to me looks AI-enhanced, probably a 3D render first then a second pass on the scene with AI, namely for the SW and a bit on the male’s face. The same techniques used by @Epic_Illusionist, but more pronounced.
Maybe simply ask OP on Reddit? Sometimes they don’t source because they are not the original author of the render, they simply did an AI inpainting or img2img pass.

Oh, I did that immediately. No response. It was one of those 20-image bulk posts (“Minigirl Post, Part 105”), but no one ever replied with the source.
