All the missing person cases in the area and low property value really should have been a red flag.

@mrgoblinging7 I agree, people don’t do a background check on their perspective moving locations, (used to be a crackhouse) crime, (Amityville or the Shining) haunted maybe, (dead bodies in the walls or shrinking kidnaps
