What are your opinions on macro dads/micro sons? Enjoyable, or too taboo?

I’m new to this site from CF, and this is a question I’ve asked over there before, with mixed results. It’s a theme I’m admittedly pretty into. I love the concept of a dad shrinking down his adult son and toying with them, whether it be out of good fun or sadistic glee.
Do you guys have any thoughts on the matter?

Not into incest of any kind. I don’t have a problem with the age gap, so long as everyone is 18+.
I’m okay with family-adjacent friends, like Dad’s work partner or Son’s school buddy, though.
