Imagine finding a group of homeless small (yea they small like… around 5cm but they got magic. Can’t grow to normal human size tho. But they can goes smaller) fairies, and then you let them build a settlement at the corner of your backyard. They get water from a leakage of your pipe, build farm and all and slowly expanding their village (which is just a small area at the corner of your backyard).
