@Olo Yeah, I’ve seen the word “audio stories” which is perhaps more accurate here. Although I guess that could maybe also refer to something told in the 3rd person, like an actual audiobook, as opposed to more of a roleplaying type thing.
That’s something I’ve thought of before too… I actually tried to record the “ASMR” script I mentioned before and hated the process so much that I gave up on it - combination of hating to hear my own words in my own voice and feeling so awkward about “acting”. But I’ve also wondered if telling a story, perhaps still from first person but without the same level of “acting” to the microphone, might be an alternative.

As much as I love the physical sides of this fantasy, the stuff that I particularly love writing is what the characters are thinking/feeling and how they communicate. It’s so much fun to play with that stuff.
