RE: An appreciation for GIANTSposted in Size Fantasy Chat
@miss-lillipants I’m always glad to find fellow giant man appreciators

I enjoy both shrinking and growth scenarios, but growth will always be my favorite. I agree with you on the emphasis on the man growing…I like imagining how he’ll interact with the world around him and how he’ll use his power (for good or for not-so-good purposes).
For a long time, I didn’t know where to post my giant work…I’ve posted some of my giant stories to Coiled Fist but I’m not sure how well M/f giant content would go over, and I don’t want to be banned from DeviantArt for posting naughty stuff.
I also want to thank anyone who’s created giant guy content, yourself included

This is also the only forum where I feel the most comfortable to discuss the more hardcore stuff I’m into ~
I still feel weirdly shy about my interests at times, which is why I haven’t shared most of my work here. It’s encouraging to know that I’m not the only one with extreme tastes, though.

RE: Passageway (M/f, Giant)posted in Stories
@SillyLilBug Thank you!
Even in gentle scenarios, I still love overwhelming size and power. The giant person can choose to use that power for good or bad purposes, and I really like exploring that tension.Also, accidents happen…tiny people tend to make such fragile little things. Like skyscrapers

@Nyx Commission an array of different sizes (and ethnicities, and cut/uncut…).
I’m going to have a whole wing in my mansion dedicated to that.

I will say I recently found a story on AO3 called ‘The Beast Below’. Its a work in progress and its a giant who started at that size, so no growth but there’s some really nice mouth play in there.
Giant? Mouth play? Well, I know what I’ll be reading later

@Olo It’s interesting that even in a virtual world designed for him, Richard still has very human (and petty) motivations and desires.

They self sabotage themselves at times but also, their fanbase is bigger.
This. I can get, on the face of it, wanting bigger women because big boobs/legs/etc, but the fandom around drove me off and I never really went back, but I can’t go anywhere size-y without seeing them because they’re everywhere.
I used to be active in the giantess community but there were so many terrible aspects to it that I don’t really participate much anymore. It was weird seeing how openly misogynistic attitudes were applauded; many of the giantess fans worshipped and loathed giant women at the same time. I’m sort of the same way when it comes to giantess content nowadays; I appreciate some of it but it also brings back bad feelings.

@Olo said in Pacific Rim, but with actual giants:
@NobodyOfKnowhere I coulda sworn @Nyx wrote at least one story along these lines.
I honestly can’t remember if I have written something like that, although it’s one of my favorite fantasies. I spent almost all of Pacific Rim imagining giants in armor fighting kaiju.

@blehb I’m incredibly flattered that you liked that story! Back when I wrote it, I almost didn’t share it because it gets really dark at times. I’m very happy that you enjoyed it.

I mean, you say misogynistic, but really, it feels like they just hate… humans, really.There are sadism/masochism kinks that can occur along with other kinks like micro/macrophilia; as long as it’s kept to fantasy, I don’t judge the morality of those kinks (nor do I believe that most cruel fans hate people). I was referring more toward the attitudes that are present in the giantess community, especially when it comes to attitudes about women in general (that we’re not “really into it”, that our own desires are somehow “wrong” especially if they’re different than male interests, etc.) I have had so many male giantess fans talk over me that I could write a book.

@Olo The amount of tags on AO3 seems to be both a blessing (because it helps readers to find certain content and avoid other content) and a curse (because there are so many of them). I’m not that great when it comes to tags but I try to tag violence and other content that readers may not want to see.
The site does have some nice features, such as being able to subscribe to authors and stories.

RE: How detailed are your size fantasiesposted in Size Fantasy Chat
@TakoAlice8 My fantasies usually start off simple (a giant person and a tiny person) and then if the scenario appeals to me, I start adding more details to it. I love worldbuilding in stories, so by the end of the fantasy, I’ve usually created an entire world around the original concept.

RE: Webcomics/webtoons?posted in Other Media
@miss-lillipants said in Webcomics/webtoons?:
I was reminded recently after reading the latest episode of Lore Olympus by Rachel Smythe on Webtoons. This comic is a contemporary interpretation of the Greek gods and mythology, with a focus on the relationship between Hades and Persephone (with a non-r*pe take). A fantastic comic in general and I highly recommend it for the story, humour and art, but an added bonus is the occasional size content. This usually comes in portrayals of the titans as being many times larger than the gods, who are assumed to be human-sized (with some being able to “grow to titan size” if they are powerful enough).
I received Volume One of Lore Olympus for a birthday present and I’d highly recommend it as well. The artwork is gorgeous and I’m a big fan of Greek mythology (and mythology in general).
As for other webcomics, I’d recommend Violet Goes to the Beach. It’s sweet and wholesome and M/f.
