@littlest-lily Ryder continues to take presumptuous liberties with Isabelle, but perhaps my favorite presumption is giving her a pet name. With peers one tries out a nickname to see if the subject will permit its use before adopting it. Ryder extends no such courtesy to “Sweetie.”

@littlest-lily I got halfway through this at work when I realized I would need to finish it at home.

@foreverlurk ASMR has mutated into many different things since it started over ten years ago, and one of those mutations is elaborate and creative roleplaying. That’s what I think we should be aiming for: a gratifying narrative that is performed by a single voice. Tingles and “triggers” are distractions from what should be a theatrical monologue.

I saw that, too. What always amazes me is the sheer lack of reasonable expectations some of those guys have. “Well, there was that one issue where Spidey got shrunk, so that means that the next movie could have GTS in it!”
