One of the stories I wrote for Size Riot, Houses in Motion (warning: F/m), tangentially dealt with the issue of how Borrower-like people go about meeting partners and establishing new households.
And it’s really a great way to have a neighborhood yard sale! Some interested parties are pretty rough and some have stick inexperienced hands. The product jair stays more presentable this way.
