Aborigen has launched a new podcast about Size Fantasy, called zHEIGHTgeist. Although Aborigen starts from a F/m perspective, he is quick to note that there are many permutations to Size. @Jitensha and Daddy’s Dollhouse get a shout-out in the second episode, along with a link in the show notes.
Part of the inspiration for this podcast was dissatisfaction with the way Size Fantasy has been portrayed in normie periodicals. The aforementioned show notes include links to other thoughtful articles, many of which I had never heard of before.
The first two episodes dropped today, and the goal is to release a new episode every two weeks. At some point, you’ll even get to hear my voice.
Give it a listen!

@Olo just added it in Spotify

@Olo Soooo cool! I’ve thought before that a size podcast would be great and just haven’t gotten the courage to record myself lol, so I’m glad someone else is doing it~

See you in two weeks and please watch you step
My day has been made, I’m so so happy their doing a macro/micro inspired podcast! I can’t wait for the next episode and am definitely looking forward to hearing your voice @Olo… when he said “My grandfather was a Furry… I’m a quarter Furry” LOL
-
@Olo Thanks for sharing, just listened to both episodes and I hope down the road there will be one fully dedicated to SW…
Also, the neuropsychological aspects are fascinating, I think it would be such a great topic of serious research. I would gladly volunteer hours of my time for such a study.

I think we all hate hearing our voices! Listening to my own is cringy torture, in English it’s even worse with my thick French-Canadian accent lol.
-
@foreverlurk So true. I used to make YouTube videos (in a different life lol) and it was very difficult to edit myself I’ve wondered before if it would help if I used some kind of voice modification software or something so it’s not quite my own voice… Maybe worth a try!

@foreverlurk I must be the only one who wants to hear every single one of your voices Expose yourselves!!
-
@SmolChlo No I’m with you! I just want more and more of those giant ASMR stories hehe
-
@SmolChlo I would, except my mouth is usually full.

You’re not alone, just talking about my own self-consciousness. Je serais beaucoup plus confiant en français, ceci étant dit.

Heard about those! There should be more M/f ASMR stories out there, told from the SW’s perspective! In a sea of GTS/SM offering, there’s like only… one? two?
-
@foreverlurk That’s exactly what I wanted to make once upon a time. And then I recorded two sentences and as soon as I heard it back I noped out of there lol
-
Interesting. I’ll likely listen to more though I worry the focus will be mainly on F/m. Which would just make sense since Aborigen did say that was their preference. Still, nice that they’re trying to get more representation of use out there.

In my opinion, G/t ASMR (where the performer looms over and addresses the camera as if it is a tiny person) only really works if the performer is willing to expose their whole face. Voice is important, but you need to have their eyes on you.
-
@Olo I actually kind of prefer if it’s 100% audio personally (or if it’s not, I usually don’t look at the screen). Whenever it’s a POV video of someone looming, I just can’t get it out of my head that it’s clearly just a camera on the floor, and that takes me out of it for whatever reason. Go figure!
