Desperation

@Olo dose it work the other way to
-
@The-Big-G it sure does
-
-
@Olo there was a recent Tik Tok trend going around where guys were taking these high angle videos of their girlfriends getting angry or shouting up at them. Obvi this angle made them appear very adorable and non threatening lol
-
@SmolChlo are you talking about those the “why are short girls so mean” ones?
Unrelated, but this one popped up in my fyp (TT has the scariest, most accurate algorithm of all social media)
-
My partner has definitely done the whole taking a picture of me from his much taller POV thing and it is very silly
-
@foreverlurk You may have friends on social media, but The Algorithm is not one of them.
-
@Olo oh believe me I know, I worked on systems that would make Orwell blush. Thankfully I’m not at that company anymore but the amount of data we had access to, that people gave willingly, was downright scary.
TikTok probably knows more about (some parts of) me than most of my friends.
-
@foreverlurk LOL so adorable!! It makes me think that maybe their secretly fans of the macro/micro lifestyle This guy I’m talking to accidentally took one of me from that angle and pointed out how short I appeared, I said oh trust me… I can get much smaller. I’ve haven’t told him about my interests yet
-
@Olo one of the most accurate sentences I’ve ever read
-
@SmolChlo Hehe, there’s something kinda special about people making sizey comments and having no idea the effect it has on us. Best of luck for if/when you tell him!
-
@SmolChlo said in Desperation:
oh trust me… I can get much smaller
Holy f- that comment would have sent me over the edge. Did he start drooling after lol?
Either way, I hope it works out for ya!
-
@littlest-lily heehee I completely agree and thank you! I also get a little kick out of dropping hints about my interests and having them try and figure it out 🤭

@SmolChlo Like clues from a Borrower.
