I am once again asking you to join me in VR shenanigans, Chloe. Altough sadly the sound and vibration are lacking (VRC wasn’t programmed with G/t in mind, something I’m hoping to address one day )

@foreverlurk unfortunately I don’t have one of those headset gizmos or else I would! I’m curious to see what a sizey VR would look like? I tried googling it but didn’t get any information back

@SmolChlo It’s very disorienting being carried around in VR, but you know… in the best way I will also mention that it’s very fun even without the headset. And VRChat is free on Steam.

@SmolChlo I can’t talk from the SW’s perspective but from my side of things it’s almost like a dream come true, at least that’s very close to some things I imagined for years. Seeing it in VR is mind-blowing the first time, and still is honestly.

If you look at static pictures it probably won’t help you get a feel of how cool it can be, but I know you can also play on desktop in good old 2D to get a preview of what it looks like.

From the SW’s perspective, I can’t help you… I can’t stand being small, not even in VR. You could ask around? Ping @littlest-lily or @skysayl , which I had to pleasure to grab and hold a few times, hehe.

@foreverlurk I’m surprised that there were no images on the internet that showed what you guys have been talking about. I couldn’t find any discussions on it either lol Are you characters? Or do you look like yourselves in VR? Is it a game with tasks and quests or are you all just in a chat room hanging out?

@littlest-lily it seems interesting enough! Sorta reminds of Toon Town or Club Penguin lol I’m sure the graphics and interactions are significantly more advanced. I’d definitely like to see a screenshot of what it looks like

@Olo I don’t think I could handle hiding from two giants, you might have to play both sides It would be terribly unfair!

@SmolChlo I only tried it recently so I’m a newb yet, but holy crackers. My stomach was doing flips trying to comprehend the size of everything. Also it’s apparently too easy to shrink into a speck because I have NO sense of scale. If I knew how to record video for you I would.

@skysayl Yeah certain worlds are built huge, so that if you shrink at all past standard size you already look micro to someone that’s scaled up to match the size of the room!

I couldn’t explain it, it’s like my view doesn’t change all that much because everything is just big no matter what (especially whoever is giant holy sh) I was actually able to shrink while being held and from my perspective it just shifted some pixels around but according to @foreverlurk I was the pixel lol
