I would love to help out tiny versions of the ineffable husbands from Good Omens. I love them so much that I would genuinely work as hard as I could to help them get back to normal size, but I’d cherish the memories of the short time they’d spend around me as I figure their repair out.
As for giants, I’d love to be found by a kind giant , honestly. Harry Dresden from the Dresden Files novels could help me out if I was magically shrunken around his territory. I would also love to get shrunk and be found by Fox Mulder, back in the 90’s. I don’t know why, I just want to be helped by a smart, trustworthy, dude.
The cruel giants that I imagine, the ones the destroy cities, are unnamed and anonymous to me, so all of my answers here are sweet and gentle.

Tifa Lockhart- busty, would be fun to “break” into being a fashion doll…Noire from the Neptunia series - Tsunderes always make good resistant “dolls” even after being broken in.
Any Tsundere or Yandere’s - Yandere’s will be shrunk to less than and inch and either kept in a jar or squished. Even at toy size they’d be to dangerous to let out of sight.
Vert also from Neptunia - she is bustier and skinnier than Barbie and has a cocky streak so spending the rest of her life as a guys doll/toy she honestly should have seen that coming in a world where shrink rays or magic exists.
Any giantess above 5 ft tall…(Thing is I like women who are taller than me though…)
Luka and Miku from Vocaloid.
Rin Tohsaka from Fate stay night - Tsundere who cannot figure out technology, sounds like a fun shrinkee but she probably knows the unshrink spell…
Haruhi Suzumiya - she seems like she would both be a fun toy and probably enjoy it just cause it’s not normal.
Aerith FFVII - simply because I’d give her and Tifa to Yuffie to be her toys.

Honestly, a lot of the kinds of guys I would like to see as giants are from more family friendly movies and anime.
Three that come to mind are:
-Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach
-Flynn Rider from Tangled
-Nod from Epic
And when I say giant it doesn’t necessarily mean I want them to grow but more like I wish they would carry me around all day. Honestly any fictional character that looks like the last two has my heart. There’s a ton more. -
