I was really disappointed in how wretched the guy that was into her was. Hopefully they go back to SW but I’m worried it ws all a bait and switch for later…

She did use her powers for episode 3 mostly and I’m guessing being small will be better for her in the long run.
It’s the giantess side will only be used when she really needs it.

New episode tonight and it got renewed for Season 2, Emma’s actress hinted she was coming back before deleting it because in case of SAG strike violation.

@giantmaneddie Amazon has renewed series and then “unrenewed” them before (they seem to have more money to burn on this stuff).
I don’t think this will happen to Gen V because it’s getting great reviews and a lot of buzz as well as also promoting The Boys.

@Olo Yeah, I think the fact it’s a spinoff of a big show protects it plus this was locked after the WGA strike was done so these producers just need to solve the actors strike so we can get more Emma and Co.
Also I haven’t seen the new episode yet but I can confirm no size action.

Something pointed out in a video I watched: we’ve likely already scene the smallest Emma can become. Because towards the beginning of EP 3 during a night of depression, she gets so food deprived she’s on the verge of passing out.
During that part she was about the size of a fly, and considering her size change is food-based, it seems that’s the effective cap on her shrinking. -
Again, don’t expect much. There is a subtle SW gag involving her clothing though.
Next week is the season finale and looks like it is a biggie. So we will see.

Size content aside, would you guys recommend me to fork some dollars for a month of Amazon Pime just for Gen V? The show seems fun (I’ve seen the SW parts, of course) but while the SW to GTS switcharoo lowered my hype, maybe there’s still a good story in there?
