@Olo This is the sort of fanart that I crave.

RE: Favorite footwear for giants
@TakoAlice8 Boots are definitely one of my favorite types of footwear for giants. I also like certain types of sneakers (Converses in particular) and gladiator sandals, especially in fantasy settings. I love the thought of a giant elf looming over a town and his sandals are so enormous that they tower above the tallest buildings.

RE: X-Men 97 cartoon
@miss-lillipants I’ve watched it as well and it’s brought back so many childhood memories! I’m also a big fan of the Sentinels and it’s one of the things that disappointed me about the movies…the robots weren’t as big as they were in the 90s cartoon

RE: Giants, how do you protect yourselves from tinies bitting your hand?
@TakoAlice8 He could wear gloves…it’d be difficult for a tiny person to bite through that much cloth or leather.
Or he could use the ol’ hamster trick and scoop them up in an empty mug/bowl.

RE: The dominant tiny/submissive giant trope
@miss-lillipants said in The dominant tiny/submissive giant trope:
I’m a personal fan of great/ancient god or demon kept in chains (physical or otherwise) and forced to do the bidding of whoever frees or summons him.
Not sure if this really counts, but I like the idea of the tiny learning to lean into her power. They dynamic might start off with her being kind of a pushover and the giant bullying her and generally throwing his weight around - except, that he can’t actually physically hurt her or do anything that could bring her harm. Among the things that motivate her to change is the fact that they’re going to be together for a loooooooong time.
I love this idea so much! Imagine the tension between the giant and the woman and how it would impact their relationship. There’s a lot to explore with that sort of scenario.

RE: Atom Smasher Comic
@brytheguy I’m often disappointed by comic books that advertise micro/macro themes on the cover, but this looks really good.
More giant superheroes/supervillains, please

Be still, my heart
I’m such a sucker for some empathy building on the giant’s end (bonus points if he’s retained some meanness, but he’s working on it)
Oh, I love complex giants. He’s learning to be good but also finds excuses to knock over buildings because old habits die hard.

RE: My Kinda D&D
@Olo Flashback to me pestering the DM about including giants in this campaign.
“So, uh, will there be giants?”
“Why do you keep asking me that?”

RE: Sharing Size
@Olo Oh, I like that idea a lot. Maybe he’s some sort of supervillain and he steals the size of millions…

It wasn’t my original intention, but it ended up being a backdoor method of playing a fairy character in D&D mwahaha
Sometimes you just have to sneak some size interaction into the game

RE: Gay but liking girls at my feet
@pnwfootguy I’m a woman irl and I’m not really into other women, unless they’re tiny. I think it’s the size difference that attracts me so much.

RE: Her biggest one to date
@maladaptivetiny Oh my gosh, he’s so big (or she’s incredibly tiny). Love this so much

RE: How does the thought of being the opposite of your preferred size make you feel?

@Nyx Just curious, you said you don’t like being shrunk but do you dislike being around huge furniture. Such as not being shrunk, but being in the house of a giant?
I wouldn’t mind being in the house of a giant (after all, giants need to live somewhere too). I’m more uneasy with the idea of being at the mercy of a gigantic world, where things like cats or insects could hurt me.
