@littlest-lily Curiously (or perhaps not), I pay more attention to just about any sort of content when I know (or suspect) that it was created by a woman. This tendency is amplified 20x when it comes to size content.

@Olo I don’t think I consciously chase content by women, especially since it was even rarer when I first started looking for sizey stuff, but I definitely connect more to the way they construct a story in general - the slower build ups, the focus on character’s emotional and psychological states, and the overall SW’s point of view - which is rarer for male authors who sometimes skip that to go straight to the spicy parts.

Again, there’s no right or wrong way to go about this, just my personal preferences.

I so adore her creations and am so thankful you brought them here for us to follow her! It brings me hope to see more sweet and domestic takes on M/f as I find that department sometimes so utterly scarce… I will reread these times over

@Olo @foreverlurk This is actually really nice for me to hear. I was a bit nervous about sharing my stuff at first since I figured my sensibilities didn’t quite match up with the men’s (who do still seem to be quite in the majority). But I’ve been very pleasantly surprised

@littlest-lily Your perspectives are precious precisely because they are relatively rare. I’ve seen enough of the straight-male sensibilities to last me a lifetime (in a pinch I can always consult myself).

@littlest-lily @foreverlurk I concur with Foreverlurk’s preferences, and I’m also a straight man! I suspect that it’s more common for straight men to have these preferences than you would think, although I really can’t prove that.

When sizey content is nothing but spicy scenes and purely physical stuff, that gets boring to me pretty quickly. I suspect that most of us are into size content because it does something for us emotionally (not JUST sexually or visually), so I think the emotional side probably plays a bigger role in this fantasy than it does in typical “vanilla” NSFW scenarios aimed at straight men. If a man just wants pure spicy content, all the time, there are a million different places he can get that from. If a man is a member of THIS forum, on the other hand, it probably means he’s looking for something he can’t find just anywhere. That’s my theory…but who knows, maybe I’m just projecting my OWN state of mind onto other men in order to make myself seem less freakish! [shrug] It’s possible…
