It seems like a great NWO kind of concept, though I’ll admit I’m perhaps a tad biased to them. Women shrink because Reasons, then give it some time for society to adjust. Rights would probably be reduced, pardon the pun, so it could easily be an owner of a bunch of what are basiclly exotic pets, maybe with some somewhat questionable legal maneuvering to make it legal. Or, it could be one of the few jobs left for the reduced in any real capacity, give them some freedom and their own income free of whatever caretakers they may have.
