@Olo Even if I’m not into M/m myself, I’m always sad to see pillars of the community leaving, even if in that case it sounds like a very good reason. I hope someone will take over and continue running the website.

Are the results available somewhere? Were they ever published? I tried searching but I can see Tumblr has not improved that feature since 2008.

@RogerRoger I’m not a SW, but may I also suggest reading a few M/f stories by female authors? For me that was such an eye-opening experience, one that wasn’t possible 20 years ago in the male-gaze dominated landscape.

Here on this forum you find stories by @miss-lillipants , @skysayl and @littlest-lily and more, that cover a wide variety of settings that should give you some insights into the alternate POV.

And yes… I could easily listen to them talk for hours about their perspectives, why they like being tiny or shrunk, the appeal in it, etc.

I know Flaggy got a lot of hate (and Discord drama!) for incorporating GenAI in his workflow, but that’s a good example of how he took his own 3D renders as base and with a low denoising pass changed the feel to a slightly more “analog”, vintage look rather than the razor sharp lighting and textures that Blender usually creates.

@Jötunn Just so you know this is a pirated copy of a MissaX video, who used to do SW videos. I don’t mind mainstream sizey videos or lost / hard to find ones being posted, but this one is still for sale on her store, even though she hasn’t done any shrinking clips in years.

Not sure if that helps or not but I did have those thoughts of shrinking a co-worker slipping through my mind at the most inopportune times, during a meeting or some such.

Although personally I’d mostly want to keep this on the hush, I’m intrigued by your idea. You would like to be shown to everyone after you’ve been shrunk - examined, touched, passed around from one hand to next, commenting or joking on your size, and so on? Hmmm… only being shown to friendlies, or maybe to that office rival?

@Nyx Even these short blurbs take me an age to create; I shudder to think of the amount of time required to write anything more. Lot of respect and admiration for those who do on a regular basis!

@littlest-lily If only I had access to someone fluent in French and English to help me revise or translate my hypothetical stories… one can dream!
