For me, I’d have to say it was when I watched Dr. Shrinker for the first time. Yet, even before that, I strongly recall wanting some of my female teachers to shrink to doll-size, not to mention my own mother.

In some of my earliest memories of being able to take a bath alone i recall id routinely have a squad of army figures on a floating washcloth “boat” as they’d cross my bath water they’d encounter my sea monster begin to prod and sink their boat, pretending they had no choice but to cling to my penis for safety, further exciting me. Then the classics dude where’s my car as well as cartoons like Ed Edd and eddy, Dexter’s lab, power rangers, there were quite a few cartoons seemed to be made by one of us, but one of my earliest thoughts of wanting to grow giant myself rather than shrink others was the movie cover for a Howard stern movie where he’s naked and giant in a city with his crotch blocked by the skyscraper he’s behind, but my mind instantly went, “what if that was me, id be unstoppable, imagine their view of me from inside the building, my dick head bigger than entire people.”

My first memory is being in year 1, around 5 and watching the BFG original animated film, and watching the scene where Sophie is kidnapped through the windows, getting tingles and not enjoying it and wanting to leave so just closed my eyes and looked down. I didn’t watch anything with giants or little people in for a long time, not enjoying the sensation and it was only as I got older (and unchecked engagement with the much less regulated internet) that I discovered the subject again and then realised why I felt sensation. It’s so odd how these things start before we even understand sexuality and such.

I remember watching Fern Gully at the movie theater and thinking how exciting it would be to be small. I think I was 4 or 5 years old when the film came out. That’s the furthest memory I have. I’d also add, I dream of Jeanie was also a big influence for me as well! I used to watch a lot of “Nick-at-Nite” and watched this show religiously. I loved how she called Nelson “Master” and shrunk down into a bottle, which of course, was in his possession and used to control her.

I’ve always felt I fell in-between the great ‘SW introducing movies’ eras; I’ve never seen Ferngully, or the more ‘classic’ movies of our people, and by the time there was a new King Kong I had already realized what I liked.
Honestly, a lot of my younger years are fuzzy to me, but this is one of my more vivid memories: back when video games had paper guides, my copy of FFX had an advertisement on the back of the guide for the sequel, FFX-2. The main character for that game was a woman, and one of the features of the game is that you can switch jobs/outfits to do different things, and even her default outfit was delightful, in retrospect.
For context, it was almost exactly this picture, but without the legs being cut off:
I didn’t really get sex at that point, or skimpy female clothing, and honestly wasn’t even attracted to females at all, but that picture got to me. Yuna fascinated me in ways I didn’t understand; her looks, that confident pose, those legs… and how I could hold ‘her’ in my hand. Ironically enough, that guide, well, guided me to the Minimizer’s, and introduced me to the fetish.
