@HHunter1 the speed at which I looked up and whipped my head around to see if management was coming (I’m still at work) LOL

@SmolChlo Glad you enjoyed it. Sadly I don’t have any idea past that at the moment. 😢

For giants? (Read, me?). The way I see it, there’s two options: one, I have access to actual clothes my size, for whatever reason, and in which case… casual. Like. Really casual. No socks, no shoes, since my feet are really tough, just soft things that are easy to put on, with lots of pockets, since I’m a bit of a horder. The fact the the pockets are good for storing people things is just a bonus.

If it’s more realistic, as in, clothes for a 50+ foot behemoth are not, in fact, reditly available? Minimal since, in all honesty, I probably don’t care too much about keeping to normal standards. Cover the bits, maybe something around the ankles for someone to hold onto, and thats it.

For tinies… mandatory ‘nothing’ aside… a really elegant dress always hits the spot for me. Those quality ones that toe the line between showing a lot of skin and being classy, and which side it’s on depending on how it’s arranged. High heels are great, and also those really tall thigh high high heel boots that cling to the leg?

And, of course, something that shows some of that cute belly.

Meanwhile, in the more ‘unoffical’ style of clothing… collars are always a must. Great symbol of showing their place. There’s also something nice to paint, edible or otherwise… just. A painted on ‘bodysuit’, maybe, that looks real and somewhat respectable at first glance but really isn’t, or something more artistic that’s clearly designed to emphasis her lines. And, you know, chocolate. Or maybe a nice layer of syrup, for that ‘drenched in mud’ vibe, but instead of filthy she’s sweet…

          Power is choice.

Not only symbolic… can confirm giants apparently love to drag us around on a leash.

              @skysayl

I mean… if you’re small enough, then it might be like an anklet or something on my part, and for the tinies it’d be less, ‘being dragged around’, and more, ‘hitch a ride on my shoe, or else, because you’re not going to slow my step in the slightest’.

It’s usually context specific for me. I’ve gushed already about giants in armour or some form of uniform (particularly of authority), e.g. medieval fantasy setting, post-apocalyptic world, etc. I’m also on board with the corporate or business casual look. Honestly, a well fitting shirt and/or suit and good pair of boots won’t go amiss. Anything that cuts a nice figure into a fella, showing some effort in his appearance.

@miss-lillipants Armor is sooo cool. You could do medieval fantasy armor, maybe futuristic mech-inspired armor, there’s so many possibilities!

I love the idea of having a bunch of tinies care for it too. It’s so extreme- like the giant is wearing an entire building.

@blehb I love amour, the heavier the better. To be fair, armoured tinies can be fun too! I might have bought an 1/18 scale WH40K Adepta Sororitas, and even at 4 inches tall she’s pretty badass (and yes, the company is really called “JoyToy”) 🙄

@foreverlurk Oh yes, tinies ready for battle are a ton of fun. Maybe the giant is amused by their attempts to fight, or is genuinely surprised by their abilities. I love the makeshift borrower-style armor myself.

Adepta Sororitas is such a beautiful army. I would be tempted to pick them solely because of their miniatures. Did you paint her at all?

@blehb Armour can be fun to take off from tinies, in a weird sensual way. It’s hard to explain but removing soft clothes is one thing, but removing heavy ceramite armor pieces? A bit of effort to get to my prize 😣

Sadly this isn’t a mini painted for tabletop gaming (those are much smaller, 1:48 scale), it’s a miniature “doll” for my collection. Yeah, I know, I have dolls, judge me all you want hehe 😊

I don’t have Battle Sisters in my armies but Saint Celestine calls to my heretics-purging, righteous-fury-Paladin inclinations. Also, bonus points if you can guess why I love the Adeptus Sororitas so much? Here’s a clue:

Not a whole lot of Dolphin themed 40K armies.
Now you might call her a doll, but I see an action figure. I bet she would go on all kinds of adventures!

I mean, it’s the reverse of the ‘tiny doms giant’ trope: a trained soldier, in heavy plate, and armed to the teeth, is a force to be reckoned with. They’ve devoted their lives to this purpose, spent countless hours in training and equipped themselves with the best they can possibly can…

…All of that, and yet they’re still nothing. They’re a peanut to a grape, at best: protected, to be sure, but it’s just a mild inconvenience. At the end of the day, they’re both snacks.

                                  Power is choice.
