You know, I’ve noticed some Gulliver travels styled fic, but ones where all of them live in the same world and not separated by magic or whatever, and it always irked me that all three shared a tech level, just… in different locations. And somehow this works. Noth even mentioning wildlife and foliage?

“Realistically”, there’s no way the various size classes could live in harmony needed for such development to happen. People are assholes; the biggest, whether the Brob or some higher one, would inevitably dominate the others, treat them as lessers, and the Lilis, or any smaller ones, would inevitably be the prey of frogs, bugs and the like, unable to establish any advanced civilization due to accidentally being trampled by their betters, or pass down information and technology beyond basic, word of mouth communication due to the fragility of their works (we got to where we are through passing on information throughout generations, via writing and technology; centuries or millennia of investment were needed to get to where we are now. Imagine, then if for all intents and purposes malevolent meteors could just… reset a city in an instant? Where giant monsters could devour everything? Cities that could be not just part of a society, but the society itself? There’s no way that they could reach a technology level anywhere near modern civilization. That’d be the world inch tall people would live in). I mean, fuck, even the ecology: either everything is sized to the giant’s size, and so why aren’t they the normal size, or the giants exist, for all intents and purposes, above the food chain, have little need to invent technology because there’s no real threat to them, and probably don’t even eat like normal living creatures since there’s no way to support themselves ‘naturally’ (what do they eat?! Whales?!) like normal mammals.

…I know I got somewhat off topic but this is something I’ve been thinking about for awhile now.

Yeah, but just over the normal possible size is just the start of the mini tier. I’ll see people twice the size of a normal person being called a mini-giantess, not just a weirdly tall person compared to a weirdly short one, trouble using normal things often deliberately included.

It’s interesting to me because you can hit a sweet spot of having a lot of giant stuff, being able to break things, unstoppable, but still able to enjoy a lot of modern conveniences without breaking suspension of belief when it comes to clothes and such existing.

Once, back when my writing was worse than it even is now, I had that happen and some people more or less called me out on it, lol.

So, I’m commenting again because I’m rereading Beastars. Long story short, it’s a manga about a world of humanized animals, and balancing ‘normal’ people problems with issues around their animalistic instincts.

I’m bringing this up because one of the big struggles in the story is the main character, a grey wolf, which is one of the largest predators in the setting, complicated relationship with a small dwarf rabbit, who is… obviously very small. No the smallest, there’s also hamsters, but he can literally pick her up one handed. It starts off by the wolf struggling against his urge to eat her, but I just reached the point where she fights against her instinct to get eaten, as she literally shoves herself into his mouth.

As an aside, that doesn’t really make sense from a logic standpoint as an ‘animal’ instinct, so much as a thematic perspective, but… the idea of woman wanting to get eaten isn’t something I ever think about, for whatever reason. What are everyone’s thoughts on that dynamic? Because fuck, does that idea turn me on.

Even ignoring that fetishes are fetishes, and so people don’t want to talk about them… this one just isn’t one that will be received well, I think, these days.

Obviously there’s people who are into it, and there’s probably quite a few people who would be OK with it, but culturally all of this isn’t going looked at kindly.

Eskoz is great; they release maybe four videos a year, but they’re free and always great, and pretty much always F/f. There’s few F/m, but it’s usually as a variation on a theme kind of thing. I highly recommend looking at more of their stuff.

Huh. The thing is that while I like the ‘classic’ tropes, as you put it, I’m honestly surprisingly open as long as the prey is a woman.

I’ve said it before, but I’m not attracted to men, but I’m generally fine with them as part of a sexual scenario… unless it’s one of those giants that deliberately makes them look ugly. It’s weirdly a turn off for me when I’m honestly fine with like, flat out monsters… which in itself is not surprising, really, considering dragons got me into this, and I have this vivid memory of dragon having sorta sex with a woman in a short story when I was younger.

For me that, for me, that there’s three things I want in a vore situation: an attractive woman as the prey, a size difference between prey and predator, and someone to be enjoying it. I’ve seen pictures with (insert animal here) eating SWs, and that did nothing for me, but there’s a fic someone on e-hentai where a frog is given a SW to rape (for it’s… sexual needs?) and that one was great for me despite how dumb the plot was. I’ve dabbled in tentacle sex, and I can even enjoy Transformers porn, as long as it hits the right points for me (though those weren’t vore fics). That’s not even including the cock vore pics I’m seen on Eka’s and the like.

The pleasure, I think, is the most important part. A woman enjoying getting eaten, or someone enjoying eating a woman, is what turns it into a sexual thing for me, rather just someone getting eaten.

More seriously, I get the overly empathetic bit- whenever I try to come with ideas I like from stories I like, a lot of general story concepts I like have the big be… well. Kind of a dick? All of the bullying and threatening and killing and stuff.

And I like that, except I don’t want to do that to someone. Or, honestly, even watch that done to someone… even though I do? I only really want it in the fictional concept, but the second I try to picture me writing something like that there’s too much of me in the giant to do it.

Inside me there’s two giants fighting over how to deal with fetish material and the conflict is leaving my ability to make a story in shambles.

I can’t remember what book, sadly, but there was a scifi book I read years ago where they had something similar to that kind of tech; there was a scientist guy who used available biomass to bulk himself up into this iron mini giant with a big cock, and he made a little city of people.

It never went into much detail about it, other than it was there (the main character looked down on him because of it, and it was clear this was happening because he was afraid/trying to compensate), and eventually the little city was absorbed to use their biomass.

I mean, you say misogynistic, but really, it feels like they just hate… humans, really. They turn women into tools for the sexuality, lobotomized them into mindless killers or amoral sociopaths as soon as they’re looking at someone smaller, yeah, but at best men generally end up as sex slaves in GTS, if not just killed. So much GTS stuff is just… ‘what if an apocalyptic meteor was a boob or a foot instead’ or something, like they just want everyone and everything to die. I can count actual gentle GTS stuff I remember on one hand, and one of the first size stories I ever found is a gentle one where the man is basiclly unbirthed into a permanent coma at the end.

So, in Fate Extella, one of the main characters/waifu is not only a GTS (Nasu is an infamous obvious GTS fetishist, considering how many women in his settings end up gigantic), but is a literal world destroying monster. Yet, most of her interaction is kind, and there’s literally a (text only) sequence straight out of a gentle GTS dream (or an sw’s, considering you can have the mc be a female).

I saw someone on a forum say that Altera woke the GTS fetish in him, then he looked it up and lost it because of what he found. Presumably, in the span of the same day.

I have a fondness for it, I have to admit. The sheer exotic nature of it aside, like a classic green skin alien from old scifi, there’s something about it. They’re small and weak, of course, and you can eat them, but the idea that they’re made to be eaten, that their entire existence was only ever to be nothing more than food…

I love it. One of my many fantasies is of just keeping a food girl and eating her, bit by bit, as a long term food source. Take a bite out, and she just gets that much smaller instead of losing an arm or whatever. Maybe she starts out full sized, or maybe she’s even a normal person you turned to food, and then you devour her until you can keep her in an aquarium, with enough water and/or food that she can grow back whatever you eat off her.

Ideally, she even likes it.

Best part? It’s sustainable, too, as well as environmentally friendly!

There’s some variation for size, but when I’m doing it as transport, close the hand around her; otherwise it feels like she might fall off. At the same time though, when it’s not about moving her, or at least not moving her any real distance (to me, anyways), an open hand lets me look at her better, and for her to get a better look at me in turn, while also allowing her to feel less trapped

If they’re small enough, a couple of inches or so, pinching between fingers becomes more tempting as the ‘display’ hold, though if anything I’d be even less likely to try and transport her that way if she’s so small and easy to lose track off; that’s the point where just closing her up in my hand becomes tempting.

Early on in the relationship (unless I’m playing hard ball for some reason), I’d want her to willingly come to me and walk into my hand whenever possible, to build trust so that she’s not too afraid, but as time passes and we settle into our relationship, and she gets used to be picked up, I’d probably be more and more casual about just… grabbing her, often with little to no warning.

Also, they’re slowly breaking away from trying to make this ‘realistic’, so they might get there once they focus on Mothra again.
