Doll Houses
-
While a cage is usually what i imagine like 80 percent of the time i do also enjoy doll houses. Although i personally don’t want it to be a super nice fancy decked out doll house or mansion style thing. I want it to be unmistakable that it’s just a fake house meant for toys and objects.
I like to think that Everything about it would feel slightly off like 2d shelves on the wall and weird proportions so thats its impossible for me to think anything is normal…If there is furniture it would be be crude and plastic. If im in doll clothes i imagine it would feel weird and uncomftorble or rough on my skin. Clearly not designed for any living thing to wear.
My favorite living in a dollhouse situation tho would actually involve me being to small for it. Maybe it’s a house designed for 8 inch dolls and I’m only 3 inches. Having to climb up onto furniture or the bed. Struggling to open doors. Even having a few dolls as roommates towering over me…you know fun normal stuff

To me, a doll house only goes to something, or someone, you treasure in some sense, if not as a person, then as favored pet, or a beloved toy. In such cases, you give them the best because you want to keep them happy.
When they aren’t, when you want it to be clear that this isn’t a home, this is a prison, that’s when you bust out cages and boxes.

@nataliethetiny You get a sunlamp, you don’t need clothes.
-
@i-am-insane Yea i get that. It’s probobly why i prefer the other 2 over it. I’m not exactally the…want to be treasured or pampered sort in my fantasies

@olo pffft, if you knew me you’d realize that making this tiny wear clothes is considered a punishment.
-
@littlenichole What I like about a dollhouse is that it gives a faux sense of normalcy and control to a tiny. It only takes the ceiling lifting up and a hand descending to to snap you back into the reality of your situation.

I did the below shoot with one of my guys, I was beyond obsessed thinking about how much I’d love to live int hat house.

In my own fantasy i don’t like the idea of living in a dollhouse since i won’t be feeling like i’m tiny more than just by the concept…
I prefer my giant/giantess improvising a room for me and using daily things to make me comfy (or having doll props).Being surrounded with so many giant stuff makes the whole effect of being tiny even better than just live inside a plastic house (it can work like a prision if needed too). Still, being dollsized and use doll clothes is a YES for me~

Also, here’s another cute “dollhouse”:

@nataliethetiny I need to get a computer like this OMG!!
-
@nataliethetiny now THAT’S a dollhouse where i would love to live!!!
later i remember all the fans and the noise and is like… maaaaybe not -
I think a dollhouse is a lovely idea, but instead of something perfectly sized for the little one inside, I’d prefer something even a bit oversized. Maybe have it deliberately engineered such that if for example, they always need help getting from one floor of the house to the other, forcing them to rely on me for help, just another reminder of how even what little bits of normal she has left are not real. Adds another aspect of reliance and domination imo.

I personally don’t care for dollhouses, I think I’d prefer to be in spaces around my Giant…however, it would be kind of nice to have my own space at my size, even if it was just one room.
-
@giantemmet Hehe. I used to be 6 inches to longest time, so after I shrunk to 4.5in I maintained that my dollhouse was still 1:12 scale and meant for 6 inch dolls, so it’s just a wee bit too big for me.
