I’d think it’d be more the other way around, if anything: a lot of size stories I see with giants of any kind have them take them being big and better as a natural state of affairs; that the overwhelming arrogance and confidence seems to make it better.Power is choice.

Well I’m not a monster fucker either. So I don’t have said experience. I do think that there is a big overlap between macrophilia and monster fuckers in general. I have seen people who have made macro micro content also make monster people content. I guess giants could fall under the monster people category.
I guess I like giants better because I like tall guys and they are basically tall guys but on a whole another level.

Let’s assume cis-het on both fronts.My pet theory is that cis het men who have a fantasy about being dominated are more likely to imagine the dominator character as a human. Hence the very common giantess fetish.
But that cis het women with essentially the same type of fantasy are more likely to imagine the dominator character as non-human. Hence the pretty popular monster fucker fetish.
I don’t really have a great reason for why. The existence of actual tall men being common in women’s lives is just one idea for why.
Also I’m speaking in general. Of course there are actual cis het women macrophiles! And us trans folks who relate to that experience (hello!) and lots of other types of queer folks with all sorts of other experiences.

Oh, that’s easy: because it’s not only the closest to ‘real’, and so not really a fetish as much, the dynamic, of a man overpowering a woman, is becoming more and more frowned upon, societally. Even beyond admitting a flat out fetish, at this point I’d never want to admit this to anyone because, publicly at least, no one wants this. Popular media is set to churn out the opposite, if anything. And so anyone with it is incentivized to hide it.
