Favorite size for tiny ladies?

It heavily varies for me, depends on if I am aroused or not as well.
Normal me prefers, 1/12 scale (4-6 inches ) to 1/3 scale (20 to 24 inches) mostly because I like the idea of a willing living doll.
Aroused me prefers… the personality I hide and regret immediately after he looses control. Prefers micros to 4 inches being the cap for things I have described on another page here.

Depends on the specific fantasy, but favorite/most common for me is probably between 1" and 6".
Larger than that I like for fluffy/adventure scenarios, as well as ones that center on more standard D/s interaction.
Smaller than 1" I mostly enjoy mixed in with unaware or, uh, ‘lack of attention’ kinda thing, where the giant party is aware of the tiny but chooses not to think about her wellbeing too much since it’s more of an annoyance/too much work/etc -
My personal preference is for 3 inches to a foot (1/24 to 1/6 scale) depending on the story. Larger sizes works better for interaction. Smaller sizes are more interesting for an adventure oriented story - shrunken women escaping a mad scientist or some similar captor and making their way in the world while smaller than a mouse.

It turns out that my answer to this question is highly situational. There are just too many ways to enjoy the various sizes that ladies can have, and I can’t pick just one!
One of my favorite scenarios (and the one that made me realize that I’m into SW in the first place) is for a tiny woman to be shared between two giant lovers, so my preferred size range has historically been informed by that. She should be small enough that she can be enveloped completely by a pair of soft, squished-together breasts; or threatened with bodily insertion into certain orifices; or shared between tongues in the darkness of a steamy kiss. For this, I’ve generally liked sizes that are around 3"-4".
But if it’s just her and I, then I generally like for her to be a little larger than that. If she’s too small, then her tiny body parts are just too difficult to play with, which takes some of the fun away, so I’d generally settled on a size range of 6"-12" for this. Although a few months ago, I shrank a woman to half-size, as a sort of waypoint on the path to being smaller than that, and I found that I enjoyed that size more than I’d expected. It’s now one of my favorite sizes to share truly intimate moments with a small woman, and is great for cuddling (yes, deep down I’m really a big softie).
Although… more recently, I’ve discovered some extremely tiny ladies roaming around (1" or smaller), and I’ve enjoyed that more than expected, too. There’s something to be said for having a lady so small that you can barely feel her intense efforts to please you, so insignificant that she can’t help but see you as a force of nature. So tiny that boring objects turn into something completely different, like the little ring box that’s her new bedroom. And it’s definitely a thrill to know that even a slightly wrong movement from my finger could be catastrophic to her.
Sometimes, if I’m feeling especially mischievous, I’ll make her extra-tiny, just a speck, so small that even a careless breath is dangerous, and could cause her to be lost forever. Then I’d have to spend a half-hour poring over the floor with a magnifying glass just to find her again (ask me how I know!)
So… yeah. There was a time that I could state with confidence my favorite size range for little ladies. But I can’t do that anymore, there are just too many different things that I like!

A bit late to the party here, but I prefer being anywhere from 4" and down. I’m all about feeling a giant’s every move.

I think part of my kink comes from my insecurity about the size of my dick… So, even if I sometimes want to force a doll-sized tiny to hug and ride my mushroom head, I guess I would like to go for a size where we can still have coitus, but that she also feels my dick as the giant monster cock I would have loved to have.

Lately I’ve been really enjoying thinking of little people being D&D mini sized. Like that is right on the edge of being too small to interact with but not quite. I can pick up their whole house and lift off the roof like it was a little box.
I think that works out to be around 1.5 inches? Not 100% sure but if I were that huge, I would be kind of a big deal in that world.

I suppose I’m the outlier here, as usual. My preferred size range has evolved over, let’s face it, decades. I enjoy the shifting power dynamic and tactile experiences that one can explore in the SW genre and I find that a somewhat more subtle shift in scale is preferable.
My “House Standard” size for my dolls is 1/3 of the damsel’s original size. This is a very convenient size that keeps them from getting into too much mischief while still being relatively easy to keep track of. The Playroom is a sort of doll’s dormitory and is furnished with amenities that are just a bit too large for a girl this size. Sort of a subtle reminded.
I usually keep at least one Big Girl, who is one-half her original height. I rotate my dolls through this position based on their performance and my… appetites. My big girl’s responsibilities are similar to those of a handmaid or personal assistant. She doesn’t sleep in the Playroom with the other dolls, she also serves as sort of a… teddy bear during her tenure. The big girl is also my liason to the dolls, handing out their work assignments and other instruments.Other dolls will frequently be restored to one-half height when the domestic chores they will be performing require them to a big enough to manage a vacuum cleaner, navigate the kitchen, etc. Occasionally I just like trotting three or four of them out at that size for esthetic effect.
I usually introduce a new girl to the house at 1/5th her original height. Just bigger than a Barbie doll, she’s the right size to be trained in the way of things by the others.
I reserve smaller sizes for dolls who have been assigned table top duties , typically for a dinner party or other special occasion.

Not that that doesn’t have it’s charms, but at that size, there’s a very real threat of the SW simply leaving if they’re that large. Not only is the enforced helplessness of not being able to do normal things part of the normal charm, at that point you basiclly need to treat them like a kidnapped person, unless there’s something keeping them there, while a foot tall or inch tall woman will never be able to open that front door, no matter how much time you leave them alone with it.Like I said, it’s not bad, but the dynamics go in completely different directions that way.

A far point. It’s worth pointing out that I would never consider having a big girl who hadn’t earned the privilege. She’s in effect a trustee. The same is true of any dolls given the status of half-sized domestics.
As far as those who are 1/3rd scale, most of them seem to be bright enough to understand that a comfortable life on the inside is preferable to taking their chances on the outside at less than two feet high. -
Usually prefer when the woman matches the length of the male member, or maybe even double that size. So 7-14 inches? (Tinker Bell is supposed to be 7 inches as an example). Sometimes smaller can be hot but I like to imagine still being able to feel the sensations of the tiny woman and while porn logic works for the stretchiness issue, there still needs to be enough to actually fit in.

@Sir-Raptor I am honestly not picky about my size as long as it’s obviously smaller than my normal height(5’4”) and I’m the smallest person in the room. But I usually prefer not to be shrunken into microscopic territory, mites can be pretty scary up close.
