@TakoAlice8 As far as I know, I’m the only person on this site working in the adult industry, so there are a few points I need to clear up. Fifteen states here in the US passed draconian AV laws that started in January and it’s impacted everyone. It’s not where the site is hosted, it’s where it’s accessed. Arizona can’t make me do shit, but they can block my IP so nobody in Arizona can access my content. That’s how it works, people forget that IPs can be blocked. It’s been up to every website to install more than an AV cover page with a “click here to access this site if you’re of legal age”. Many of those AV sites require you to create an account and that does mean uploading a photo ID. Maybe not on the site itself, but with the AV service. That’s actually the point. The currency of the 21st century is information. If you share that info they can sell all that bundled up with where you like to go to the highest bidders. It’s not about protecting minors. A fake ID is easy enough to get. It’s about harvesting information.

@BigGrumpy It’s nice to have roles for open DMs/ask to DM/No DM. As well as Ping Friendly/Ping Unfriendly. Aside from that, the normal gender identifiers and sexuality identifiers help.

@TakoAlice8 I say this coming from a drawing and writing background, can’t say much for animation. For me, the creative drive comes and goes. Creating takes work: some days it’s easier, a lot of the time though, it takes and effort. It can be exhausting. Countering the perfectionism is only a small part of the problem, I think. But I don’t mean to make is sound all “gloom and doom” though; I just mean that you’re not alone.

It’s hard to not already “love the process” - you wouldn’t be wanting to create otherwise (unless you’re being forced to, but that’s a different issue). So rather than seeking to “fall in love with the process”, it’s worth being patient and, I guess, let the magic happen when it happens. Don’t force yourself, lest you get frustrated. But don’t give up entirely: fill the time by doing something else - something small, or something unrelated to your current project, even if it’s just practising for yourself. Every little bit of work you do is progress, for the term short term and long term, and contributes to your process.

@HHunter1 More interesting points are that in standard art it’s commonly accepted that a body should be 7.5-8 times the ratio of the head for regular proportioning, but comic book artists normally draw superheroes as 9 heads scale for the body to make the character look bigger and more buff. With the advent of female superheroes I’d guess that had a lot to do with Amazons being larger. Also, I’d guess the patriarchy had a hand. You’d be surprised by how many submissive men I’ve spoken with that blithely assumed that if they ever rebelled against a FemDomme it would be no contest. So it was almost a necessity that Dominant Women become taller and more muscular so men would take their authority seriously. As I write this, it’s just occurring to me that I wonder if this had anything to do with the fascination with midget wrestling. Tiny people fighting seems almost counter-intuitive in our society. However, I get the need to be able to see your tiny at all times. Might I suggest a terrarium? It can be furnished, including separate areas for watering, feeding, and toileting.

My ideal setup would have the terrarium on an extendible bookshelf that can be rolled back inside the shelving unit with a retractable front panel when concealment is necessary. When extended, the terrarium would be next to my desk chair with the top level with my desktop so I could keep an eye on her/them while I work.

They broke the rules but as far as I can tell it hasn’t effected any one else at this point so unless someone comes forward to put in a complaint I see no reason they can’t stay. @Mimi-Robotto Thank you so much, there’s a lot that resonates with me in what you wrote, but first let me just say that I’m in a better place mentally than when I wrote this. I haven’t been able to talk to my therapist about the kink yet but we did address some adjacent topics. Meds also helped but caused other side effects which I’m still dealing with. Overall I’ve still got a long road ahead but no longer in pure survival mode.

About the void I feel, you absolutely nail it on the head. I’ve never been more myself than when I indulge in RP or semi-RP with tiny ladies. They see a part of me that’s been hidden forever, and they love that part of me. It’s incredibly validating and at the same time, reality comes back twice as hard to crush me. Yup. All islands, everywhere, are basiclly abandoned, since they’re too small to be effectively protected for how rare giants are. Antarctica is basiclly gone, and the containment zones mean large parts of Asia, North America, and Africa are basiclly cordoned off as de facto sacrifices for the various Mid-Sizes. Stuff on the water’s edge is theoretically protected, but it’s very ‘on your head be it’ levels of risk for those who live there (the spring break parties are even wilder in such places than they are now, since most of the beach goers are to some extent adrenaline junkies); ship based trade has dropped substantially, because out in the ocean is filled with monsters, replace with more air freight and less need to in general because of more advanced technology.

Compared to the current amount of people on land, it’s now closer to 2/3s or even a 1/2, I’d think.
